Помните ли вы, как пытались разобраться во всех этих схемах и диаграммах, когда вам было около 14, и все это закончилось тем, что осталось для вас непонятным? Что ж, так было со мной на этой неделе с моим курсом дистанционного обучения.

Курс, который я выполняю, направлен на тех, кто заинтересован в процессе изучения и влиянии технологии на него. Одно из первых упражнений - просмотреть виртуальный чемодан на чердаке, принадлежащий кому-то, кого вы не знаете, затем подобрать пять

предметов, которые о чём-то вам говорят об этом индивиде, как об ученике, и сказать, почему вы их выбрали. Вы скажете - просто! Хорошо, нет. На самом деле, это довольно сложно, потому что вы должны выполнить большую креативную письменную часть, чтобы пройти задание!

Далее в курсе вы смотрите видео о будущих родителях и о том, что они изучают.

Другое видео о том, где вы учитесь, будь то дом, офис или школа, и вопрос в том, помогает ли вам дислокация в процессе обучение. Задания многословные, длинные и сложные. Я часто просыпаюсь в пять утра с новыми идеями о том, как я думаю!

Это курс на 60 баллов, который был запущен только в прошлом году. Материалы включают в себя книги и программное обеспечение, включая “Первый Класс” - личное программное обеспечение университета для конференций. Вам выделяется репетитор и группа репетитора. Экзаменов нет, но оценивается ваше портфолио.

Курс действительно станет тем, чем вы его сделаете. Нет правильных или неправильных ответов, которые могут быть чрезвычайно разочаровывающими, но также стимулирующими и награждающими.

The course I'm doing is aimed at those who are interested in the process of learning and the influence technology has had on it. One of the first exercises is to look through a virtual suitcase in an attic belonging to someone you don't know, then pick five items that tell you something about this individual as a learner and say why you chose them. Easy, you say! Well, no...it's actually quite difficult, because you have to then do a lot of writing — creative writing to complete the task!

Further on in the course, you watch a video about soon-to-be parents and what they are learning. Another video is about where you learn, be it at home, in the office or at school, and the question is if location helps in the learning process. The assignments are wordy, lengthy and difficult. I often wake up at five in the morning with new ideas about my way of thinking!

You are allocated a tutor and a tutor group. There is no exam, rather you are assessed on your portfolio. This course is really what you make it. There is no right or wrong answers, which can be extremely frustrating, but challenging and rewarding as well.
